Destination

Baltimore is home, and home is where the heart is and all, but occasionally a change of pace and weather is necessary, to keep the heart pumping long and strong.  A recent jaunt to Florida, the locales being Delray Beach and Miami, was just the right remedy to brighten up my winter blues. R&R, yummy food, posh accommodations, and fantastic weather set me on pace to brave the heavy world of a holiday season in retail.

Some of my favorite shots from the trip, through my favorite Instagram filter...

Fade.

I'm ready for a few more layers. Who's with me?

This summer's heat waves are giving me the itch for fall. Leather, fur and cashmere here I come.

South of France

My most recent Eurotrip took me to the South of France. Small villages, wine country and a lot of castles were the primary objectives. As tourist extraordinaire, with my mother and sister, we covered decent ground between Perpignan, Carcassone and Mirepoix before heading back to Barcelona.

LA Dreaming

Loved my recent weekend excursion to LA... Thankfully, a misentered address into the GPS got my friend Caroline and I lost in Venice Beach- a very easygoing detour out of the sometimes hard to handle Hollywood. Dinners at Cleo, Nobu and Bazaar rounded out each day and thankfully I found my star on the Hollywood walk of fame. There's nothing out there a cruise in a convertible, top down, wind in your hair, can't fix. Can't wait to go back next year!

Greece Lightning

My trip to Greece included a ton of amazing adventures- including a Big Fat Authentic Greek wedding, trips to the mountains, coastal visits to Loutraki and Nafplio, a viewing of the Corinth Canal, all the olive oil/tzatziki/fresh fish/feta I could stuff in my mouth, and a final few days shopping and sightseeing in Athens. I was with the locals, so as any traveler would, I did what the locals did. Here is my trip in a series of polaroids. Yasus!
